专辑简介
Founded in 2012, the vision string quartet is among the leading string quartets of its generation. In the tradition of ensembles such as the Kronos Quartet and Quatuor Ébène, it combines classical repertoire with original compositions and influences from folk, pop, rock, funk, and minimal music, opening up new perspectives for the string quartet genre.
Performing both as a quartet and as a band, the ensemble appears in renowned venues including the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Berlin Philharmonie, and Wigmore Hall London, as well as at international festivals. Playing entirely from memory allows for great interpretative freedom, technical precision, and an intense expressive presence. International tours, major debuts, and collaborations with artists from diverse genres highlight the ensemble’s stylistic openness.
