Maksim is a Croatian classically-trained pianist who won his first major classical competition in 1993. The Piano Player is his debut album on EMI, produced by Jeff Wayne (War of the Worlds). It contains a mix of energetic techno tracks (Flight Of The Bumble-Be), melancholy melodies (Claudine) and more classical pieces (Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini) – something for everybody.
